The way we connect with the kids in our lives can help prevent sexual violence from happening. With so many interactions taking place online right now, it can be hard to know how to engage in conversations about bodies, boundaries, communication, feelings, and relationships. We are hoping that the following tools can help you in these conversations and provide new ways to engage with the children in your lives. While these tools were originally written with school educators in mind, all resources are just as useful for any adult hoping to keep kids safe. The tools below are free for Maine educators. We ask that you use them only for your classroom. The workbook is not intended to be distributed for money. If you are an educator out of state and are interested in these materials, please email Katie Church, Children's Safety Partnership Coordinator.
Kids in Space Full Coloring Book
Our Kids in Space Bodies and Boundaries activity book is designed to make learning about personal body safety fun and engaging. This book includes both independent coloring pages and activities as well as "together pages" which are meant for children and their safe adults to do together!

Please fill out this form to receive the link to download "Kids in Space: A Bodies and Boundaries Activity Book". Your information will not be shared. It is just being used to determine reach.

Kids in Space Lessons
We are excited to offer a series of short lessons designed to accompany the coloring pages in our Kids in Space Bodies and Boundaries activity book! While not intended to replace longer lessons or your relationship with your local sexual assault support center, these lessons will hopefully help you embed personal body safety more easily into your day-to-day learning. The activity book is broken down by theme and includes both the lessons and the related activity page.
